Siemens AG's talks with Nortel Networks and investor Matlin Patterson over the sale of its Siemens Enterprise Communications division are stagnating, Financial Times Deutschland reported, citing company sources.
'I no longer think the sale is going to occur,' a source was quoted as saying.
The report cited a company spokesman saying Siemens still plans to sell off the unit by July and that it is in talks with several interested parties
